Lincoln University College, Malaysia in collaboration with Sari Mutiara Indonesia University, Indonesia and STIKES Mitra Husada, Indonesia is organizing the 5th International Conference on Healthcare and Allied Sciences. The basic idea behind the conference is to make a platform for the distinguished dignitaries to exchange new ideas and apply hands on experiences to build up new relationships in research. There is also a scope for future collaborations along with global partners. Building up a strong relationship between industry and academia is also among one of the key factors. At the same time, the conference will help to bridge the gap between Biologists, Health officials, Nurses, Medical professionals, Microbiologists, Pharmaceutical Scientists, Physicians and other delegates.

She has supervised many PhD students. Her niche areas of interest include Community and Public Health, Nursing education. Her current research interest focuses Smarte-Health Education. Prof. Datin Dr. Hafizah predominantly worked as a renal nurse where she specialized in Renal and Urology with a Certificate of Renal Nursing from the Beaumont Hospital, Dublin, Australia in 1987. Datin Dr. Hafizah has been working as an educator for 32 years. She obtained her Certificate of Advanced Diploma in Teaching from University of Malaya in the year 1982. In year 1993, Datin Dr. Hafizah obtained her BSc Nursing from University of Sydney, Australia. Datin Dr. Hafizah completed her Master of Education in the year 2000 from University of Malaya. During his professional career he holds many prestigious post such as Professor of Microbiology-Manipal College of Medical Science Pokhara Nepal, Professor and Head, Department of Microbiology, Santosh Medical College and Santosh University, Ghaziabad, India, Professor of Microbiology at AIIMS and so on. Dr. Nayak was awarded with Bronze Medal for the 2nd Best Research Work at P.G.I.M.E.R., Chandigarh, India in the year 1986 and was also awarded with Silver Medal for securing the highest mark in the M.D. Examination at P.G.I.M.E.R. Chandigarh, India in the year 1987. Dr. Niranjan Nayak has more than 70 publications in national or international journals. He also has more than 40 publications in the form of abstracts. He served as principal investigator in many research projects such as “Slime production as a marker virulence in Staphylococcus epidermides isolated from bacterial keratitis” – AIIMS, Standardization of Antifungal susceptibility testing for filamentous fungi and characterization of drug sensitive and drug resistant fungal isolates in mycotic keratitis” ICMR grant Feb 2005 – Jan. 2007. He also worked as principal investigator in projects “Implications of microbial biofilms in chronic rhonosinusitis and orbital cellulitis” AIIMS grant and so on. Prof. Dr. Norlaila Mustafa graduated from National University of Malaysia (UKM), degree in medicine in 1995 (BSc. MD) and completed internship, and then medical officer training in Hospital UKM. She received her Master in Internal Medicine in 2002 from UKM, after which she underwent endocrinology training until 2004. She then pursued her study in the field of diabetes and conferred a doctorate of Medicine, MD for her research on insulin resistance and beta cell function at the Diabetes Research Unit, Llandough Hospital, Cardiff University. She came back and joined the Endocrinology Unit, Department of Medicine as a lecturer, and three years later awarded as an honorary lecturer by Cardiff University from 2009 until 2015. Her passion is to educate people on managing diabetes and serves as advisor for Diabetes Nurse Educator Course, HCTM since 2007. She has been awarded several research grants and collaboration with the industries. Her research interest focuses on diabetes, obesity, metabolic syndrome and reproductive medicine. She currently serves as the Professor of Medicine and Consultant Endocrinologist at Hospital Canselor Tuanku Muhriz, UKM Medical Centre, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Since 2009, Dr. Nor Haty Hassan has been a Lecturer in the Department of Nursing, Faculty of Medicine, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM). Her working experience as a registered nurse was obtained from the following disciplines: medical, surgical, orthopedic, and trauma. Dr. Hassan has been appointed to join the Department of Nursing, Faculty of Medicine as a Clinical Instructor in 2002 with a focus on clinical teaching. Her nursing career began to take shape after she continued her studies for a Bachelor of Nursing at UKM and a Master of Advanced Nursing at the University of Nottingham in the United Kingdom. She received her PhD in Community Health from UKM in 2018. Dr. Hassan also does administrative work. She is currently the undergraduate nursing programme coordinator and Deputy Head of the Nursing Department. She actively supervises undergraduate and postgraduate research projects. Her areas of interest in nursing research include medical and surgical nursing, mental health, and homecare nursing, and casemix costing. She has published books and articles. The title of her most recent book is "Nursing Cost in Malaysia".

Dr. Nurul Azmir Amir Hashim is the Head of the Biochemistry Unit and Coordinator Year 2 in the Faculty of Medicine, Lincoln University College, Malaysia. He obtained Bachelor of Sciences (Hons.) (Microbiology) in 2009 from the University of Kebangsaan, Malaysia, Masters in Molecular Biology in 2016 from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. He also completed his PhD in Biochemistry in 2021 from the Faculty of Medicine, UiTM Campus Sungai Buloh with projects involving metabolomics, bioinformatics, molecular studies, and cell culture work. Dr. Azmir has more than 10 years of research experience. In his early career, he worked as a Research Assistant in Malaysian Agricultural Research and Development Institute (MARDI). At MARDI, he worked on the extraction and quantitation of bioactive compounds in selected herbs using UV-Vis. He also worked as a research assistant at the Institute for Medical Research (IMR). He worked on the development of in vitro model for pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamics of antimicrobial against Burkholderia pseudomallei. He did the work of expression of COVID-19 spike protein and membrane protein in Escherichia coli system. Dr. Azmir attended many National and International Conferences, Seminars and Workshop in the field of Cancer Biology, Microbiology and Molecular Biology during his research career. In his 15 years of vast experience, he served as the Deputy Dean of Academic Affairs and Student Affairs, Chairman of Medical Research and Ethics, and Program Head in Master in Healthcare Management at Asia Metropolitan University, Malaysia. Dr. Roy is an award-winning researcher with an international reputation for excellence and innovation. He is an editorial board member in several international journals, and his 80+ original research works and books are published in a variety of high-impact journals. His research focuses on epidemiology, health promotion, public policy, research methodology, communicable and non-communicable diseases, environmental health, nutrition, aging, quality of life, social and behavioural health, and healthcare management. He was awarded as the Outstanding Researcher in Public Health by the Venus International Foundation Centre for Health and Medical Sciences, proving his excellence in research. He is also holding adjunct professorship positions at Universities in the USA, South America, the United Kingdom and Asian countries. He is one of the executive board members of the Fight Cancer Global’s (USA), a large voluntary multi-stakeholder organization. The institution aims to improve cancer patients’ lives by transforming global cancer into one patient-centric community through global engagement and collaboration. He is also the international coordinator of Education Against Tobacco in Southeast Asia and is significantly contributing in addressing the social determinants of health, tobacco prevention and cessation across South-East Asia. He recently led ground-breaking research related to mental health and quality of life during the COVID-19 pandemic across 45 countries. Dr. Roy is also the Vice-President of International Association on Public Health that empowers and engages Public Health professionals around the world to improve the quality of health life and to globally disseminate the scholarly work to raise awareness. He, being CEO and Founder of, founded the World Research Statistics and Publication Centre (WRSPC)- a globally recognized centre that provides cutting edge research solutions- has significantly contributed to advance rigorous and reproducible research across the data, social and health sciences. He has built collaborative, trans-disciplinary research networks. Dr. Roy earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Doctor of Medicine from Saint Louis University, Philippines. He completed his Masters of Public Health in the same university where he graduated the highest Latin Honor- Magna Cum Laude. Also, he has Commonwealth Executive Master in Business Administration in Malaysia and was honored with the Outstanding Post-Graduate Thesis Cape Comorin Award. He is passionate and an advocator of quality education; thus, he obtained his Post Graduate Certificate in Teaching Methodology at Asia Metropolitan University and Post Graduate Certificate in Distance Education at the University of the Philippines. Prof. Dr. Santhna Letchmi Panduragan was formerly from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia where she was much involved as a lecturer and a research supervisor for both Nursing and Medical students. She was also sent to review the nursing curriculum in Sa’naah, Yemen. She is also a life member of the MAEMHS society Malaysia. She was also involved in the personal and Professional training of the Medical students in University Kebangsaan Malaysia. She attained her Masters from Monash University, Australia and Her PhD was in Community Education and Development from University Putra Malaysia. Her expertise is in qualitative research. She is also a consultant for the KDU college Penang and at present is with Lincoln University College for the past 4 years. She is much involved as a lecturer and as a research supervisor for both Masters and PhD students.

Ts Dr. Sharifah Shafinaz binti Sharif Abdullah has been a registered nurse for 22 years. She had teaching experience for about 16 years in the field of nursing. She graduated from Universiti Putra Malaysia with a Bachelor of Nursing. She completed her Master's degree in Nursing Sciences in 2013 from the University of Malaya, Malaysia. Recently, she obtained her Ph.D. in Nursing Science in 2021 from the University of Malaya, Malaysia. Dr. Sharifah is interested in intervention studies, and the majority of her work has been published in indexed journals. She achieved the 3rd 'Best Paper Award' by Singapore Medical Journal in 2016 and the 9th place in the 'Best Paper Award' by Environmental Behavioral Journal in 2022. Her expertise is in the evaluation and improvement of the health and well-being of patients. She believes research can be an agent to change individual paradigms and perspectives. She has chosen to become a nursing researcher, and she strongly believes that her research could improve the health care system as well as the nursing profession.

(Anaesthesia) from UKM in April 1994, M.Sc. in Health Care Management from the University of Wales, Swansea, United Kingdom in July 2001. She is a Lecturer in Pharmacology and Therapeutics in Lincoln University College (LUC), Malaysia. She is also serving as a Lecturer and Instructor Trainer for Basic Life Support, Advance Cardiac Life Support, Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) courses programme for Dental and Medical students at LUC. Dr. Awang’s clinical responsibilities includes Managing Director cum Resident Anaesthesiologist at Kumpulan Perubatan Zazali Sdn Bhd, General Practitioner and Manager at Poliklinik Zazali, Taman Melawati, Kuala Lumpur, Visiting Anaesthesiologist Specialist at Hospital Maternity Naluri, Kuala Lumpur. General Instructions for Author/s:
Types of Articles (Full paper):
Original Articles: Should contain title page, abstract, keywords, introduction, research methods, results and discussion, conclusion, acknowledgement and references. The length of the text should be limited to 12-22 pages including the references.
Review Articles: The review articles are subjected to editorial review such as the original papers.
Case Study: It is included all of the reports about any special issues and new procedure in some limited cases with good results but not confirmed yet internationally as a global choice. It should be not exceed more than 2000 words.
Structure of Articles: Title Page: Should contain title which should include the study design, author(s) information such as the first name, last name, highest academic degree and affiliation. Abstract: Should contain background, research methods, results and conclusion sections separately. The objective of study, findings (including its statistical significance) and the conclusion made on the basis of the findings should be clearly presented. Abstract is not necessary for case reports, while review articles should have an abstract. Nevertheless, the length of an abstract should be less than 250 words. Authors need to be careful that the abstract reflects the content of the article accurately.
Keywords: Each submitted article should contain 3-4 keywords.
Keywords will assist indexers in cross indexing the article as they are published with abstract.
Introduction: This should summarize the purpose and the rationale for the study. It should neither review the subject extensively nor should it have data or conclusions of the study.
Research Method: This should include exact method or observation or experiment. Mathematical and Statistical methods must be mentioned and specify any general computer package used.
Results and Discussion: must be presented in the form of text, tables and illustrations. The contents of the tables should not be all repeated in the text. Instead, a reference to the table number may be given. Long articles may need sub-headings (mentioned on page1 as Subdivisions) within some sections to clarify their contents. Discussion should emphasize the present findings and the variations or similarities with other work done in the field by other researchers. The detailed data should not be repeated discussion again. Emphasize the new and important aspects of the study. It must be mentioned whether the hypothesis mentioned in the article is true, false or no conclusions can be derived.
Conclusion: The conclusion allows you to have the final say on the issues authors have raised in the paper, to summarize the thoughts, to demonstrate the importance of the ideas, and to propel reader to a new view of the subject. It is also the opportunity to make a good final impression and to end on a positive note. The conclusion should represent something important to the readers, and can be used for some, or all of the following tasks:
• Emphasizing the purpose and importance of the article
• Explaining the significance or consequences of the findings
• Indicating the wider applications of the method developed in the article
• Establishing the article as the basis for further investigation
Acknowledgement: All contributors who do not meet the criteria for authorship should be covered in the acknowledgement section. It should include persons who provided technical help, writing assistance and departmental head that only provided general support. Financial and material support should also be acknowledged. Author(s) must acknowledge and declare any sources of funding and potential conflicting interest, such as receiving funds or fees by, holding stocks and shares in and organizations that may profit or lose through publication of your paper. Declaring a competing interest will not lead to automatic rejection of the paper, but we would like to be made aware of it.
Submission: Manuscripts must have been written in English. Also the manuscript must have confirm letter that is assumed manuscripts are exclusively submitted to the conference journals (MJMR / MJN) and have not been previously published elsewhere (except in the form of an abstract or as part of a published lecture, review or thesis) and are not under consideration by any other journal. In the covering letter one author should be specified as the "corresponding author" and all other authors should personally sign the covering letter. Authors are responsible for all statements made in their work. The editorial board has the right to insert any necessary changes so that the manuscript is harmonized with the editorial framework of the journal. All submissions to the (MJMR / MJN) should contain a completed copy of signed covered letter containing the copyright agreement.
Final Checklist: The authors must ensure that before submitting the manuscript for publication, they have taken care of the following:
1. Title page should contain title, name of the author(s), their qualifications, mailing address for future correspondence, email address, phone and fax number.
2. Abstract in structured format up to 250 words.
3. Keywords contain 3-4 words.
4. References should be typed as instruction that mentioned above.
5. Tables and figures should be typed at the end of the article.
